K. Hovnanian Homes will be building Single Story Floor plans in Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas! K. Hovnanian Homes at The Villas of Craig Ranch is located in the beautiful city of McKinney and will feature seven new floor plans created specifically for Craig Ranch.
Five of the plans are single story homes and will offer three elevations including Spanish, French, and Traditional. Floor plans range from 2600 to 3200 square feet with most plans offering an optional bonus room.

Homes will be priced from the mid-300's to mid-400's. Final pricing and plans will be released at the end of the month. All homes in The Villas of Craig Ranch will include a TPC Membership to the Craig Ranch Golf Course along with a 2 Year Membership to the Cooper Fitness Center.
